Please take time read and understand the following terms and conditions attached to all our services. So as to make sure that your safari tour with us is a success, we decide to put down these you should understand before confirming your safari.

Reservation

Citrus Tours, is to accommodate reservations and meals as well other services as mentioned in the itinerary.
Before confirming a safari with Citrus Tours client should mention any special requests and preferences. Those may include diet requirements, disability, special needs and any other need that would need attention.
Any booking will be confirmed until it’s paid partially for at least 50%-100% of total cost. This is to ensure the essential requirements of the package are booked on time.

We reserve rights to amend your safari time, accommodation, transportation among others due to unforeseen incidences, however this will be communicated as soon as the trip is confirmed.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your safari; this serves as a confirmation in the interest of the safari.

If a reservation is made within 30 days of departure, the online amount must be paid at the time of confirmation. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Payment may be done in advance by bank transfer and the client incurs the bank charges. If payment is not received in accordance with the above.

Note: transactions have to be made preferably two months prior to the start
of your safari.

While On Safari

It is an awesome experience when our clients spot wild animals in the wild. However Citrus Tours  do not guarantee 100% sightings of wild animals on safari in savannah parks. Always listen to the instruction and advice from the safari guiding.
We reserve the rights to hire any services provider to carry out some of the services.
